Scotland already runs mandatory short-term let licensing; England's national register power is not yet live.
Remote arrival is compatible with the 1972 Order when required guest details are captured and retained — there is no UK de visu case law equivalent to Italy's. Scotland licence conditions may still constrain how you operate.
